Ordering is easy! Simply click on the "Click here to
order" button, complete the form, and submit it. You can also attach art files
if you so choose. Or, if you prefer, you may order by fax by calling
508-675-2042 or you can order by phone by calling a customer care representative
at 1-800-579-9362 x1.
Once we receive your order, you will receive a fax
confirmation with a copy of your desired layout and an estimated total and
delivery date.
In order to keep our prices so low, we require prepayment
on all orders. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards.
We also accept personal or corporate checks. Any order paid by
money order qualifies for a 5% discount off of the item price. Discount does not
apply to any special fees, set-up charges, rush charges or shipping. Sorry, we
do not offer COD.
After we have received all necessary paperwork, art layout
approval, and prepayment, most orders will ship within 7 to 10 working days.
Yes. We do have rush service available on all
domed products. Rush orders are subject to additional fees which you will find
listed on our rush service page. All rush orders must be pre approved by our
customer care department to verify production availability.
Yes! We have a full time, full service art department that
can create a layout design for you. Simply tell us the basic information you
need on the label and we'll fax you some layout options. Three layout ideas are
FREE with your order.
If you have your design on paper, you may fax it to (508)
675-2042, or send it to us by mail or overnight service. We accept almost all
forms of computer generated art files. Keep in mind that for the best print
quality, a vector drawn file is preferred. TIFFs are better than GIFs and while
JPEGs are great for web based graphics, they reproduce poorly on press. A good
test is to print your design off of your computer to your printer. If the result
is very fuzzy or jaggy, chances are your file will need to be redrawn. Most art
files are redrawn by us at NO CHARGE depending on complexity. You may upload
your art file when you place your order or you can email it to us at
sales@caselogos.com.For our complete

We offer three different types of samples:
Random Sample: You can order a random sample at
no charge. A random sample is a sample of a previous domed label job, not an
actual sample of your design. We will do our best to meet your request for
specific color combinations although it is not always possible to do so.
Paper or Electronic Proof: A faxed paper proof is
sent with every order at no charge. After your order is placed, your
layout information is forwarded to our art department. Our artists will fax you
a paper proof so that you can see your layout before it is printed. A PDF file
can be emailed upon request, also at NO CHARGE.
Pre-Production Sample:
A pre-production sample is an actual printed, domed decal of your design. The
fee for this sample is $75.00. Allow minimum 1 week production. Pre-production samples are not available on rush
orders.
Yes. You may order less than 100 pieces for
an additional $45.00 charge.
